Deepak Chopra

I went to see Deepak Chopra in London last night. What an amazing, incredible mind. He blew me away with his connection of spirituality and science. I am humbled that, despite my preconceptions, the scientific community is united with one question, 'what is consciousness?'.

He used anecdotes to illustrate that we are all one, and all comes from us. We all have atoms from Jesus Christ in us, as well as all the other prophets, it is scientific fact! We breathe out atoms from our heart, lungs and liver and we breathe in atoms from other people's bodies as well as everything around us; we are one being with the world and the universe.

His message was simple, though. To spend time in meditation or contemplation to connect with the field of infinite possibilities, to exercise and to be in nature and to do everything with love, with gratitude, for these things allow us to create bliss and abundance in our lives.

I am heartened that someone like him is talking to the world leaders and they are listening. I am being more positive in my life and following my intuition. And I am grateful for everything I have and everything that sustains me. Thank you Deepak
